Reason for Cancellation Policy
Roelle Aesthetics provides a high standard of treatment as well as a detailed consultation service. This requires the purchase of specific stock and prescription medications and the allocation of doctors and therapists time. Cancellations cause other clients to miss out and cost the business money.
Cancellation
Roelle Aesthetics requires greater than 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment with a doctor. Cancellation any later than this will result in the loss of the deposit paid. A further deposit will need to be taken to secure another appointment.
Deposits
To secure any appointment with Dr Nathalie a deposit of £50 may be requested online or at the point of booking via phone.
Running late
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, if you are running late and it is safe to do so please try to let us know. If you do arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time we will always try to fit you in but if we can’t you will be required to rebook. Management of the deposit at this stage is at the discretion of Roelle Aesthetics staff.
DNA
If you do not attend your appointment at Roelle Aesthetics without letting us know your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay up front to secure your next appointment.
If we cancel or rearrange your appointment
If we have to move your appointment with less than 72 hours notice we will provide you with a complimentary voucher for the value of your treatment.
